The Chamber Singers, conducted by Nate Zullinger, will preview their Quebec tour concert in the Great Hall at Bryn Mawr College on Friday, May 13. The concert begins at 8:30 p.m. and will last approximately an hour and 15 minutes. It will also be available via livestream at this link: hav.to/9ud.
The program will be accompanied by Tim Evers and includes a new work by Ben Klamka HC'22, and works by former HC faculty members John Davison and Harold Boatrite. Featured Canadian composers include R. Nathaniel Dett, Sarah Quartal, and Stephen Chatman. Other composers on the program include Margaret Bonds, Benjamin Britten, Maurice Durufle, Stephen Sondheim, William Billings, R. Nathaniel Dett, Francis Poulenc, and Igor Stravinsky.
